Blair E. Weigand
Attorney Blair E. Weigand has been practicing law for 30 years. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney via S.J.C. Rule 3:03 for the counties of Plymouth and Barnstable before entering private practice in 1992. Since then, he has concentrated in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury cases. Taking pride in representing the individual against the high-powered insurance industry, he understands that when an individual is injured due to someone’s negligence, it can devastate an entire family. He realizes that injured individuals are often manipulated and degraded by both insurance companies and the general public, and he takes pride in fighting for and protecting the rights of those who are injured. He lives in Sandwich and enjoys sharing his passions for tennis and boating with his son.
